1. If you are a brand new customer, Go to wirefly.com, they have alot of free phones especially under t-mobile.com. Or you can take a print out of the screen of the phone you like and take it to that carrier's store and see if they will do a price match. Most will. If you want a free phone with your existing carrier, either your contract should be ending within 2 months or already ended and then you can get a free phone but that will involve signing a new 2 year agreement. They have to subsidize the cost of the phone some type of way. Hope this helps.
