what is an agent commission on att? it popped up as a payment on my cell phone bill...?

i paid the bill with my bank account and that payment posted then a 300 dollar agent commission posted as well.. and i know nothing about it

2. Call AT&T customer service and ask them. 300 dollars is a lot of money for a commission unless you bought something worth 3000 or more.
3. first of all agent commission should not be showing on your bank acct. please give more information as the commission for selling a phone or feature is taken out of store profit not from cust.
