Should I upgrade a phone on my ATT family plan even if it doesn't need upgrading?

I am eligible for 4 new phones when I renew my account, one is almost new- should i still upgrade that line or not? but i am going to renew now anyway, and i am eligible for the upgrade on all 4 lines. wouldn't it be dumb not to get a free new phone (or discounted phone) when i renew

1. If you are satisfied with the phone you currently have, I would not upgrade. When you upgrade you have to sign another 2 year ( or year or whatever is the case for your area) service agreement. So if there are no problems and you like the phones you currently have, I wouldn't upgrade.
