Is the T-mobile Rizer compatable with the att service?

I have this old rizer that i would like to switch sim cards and get the att service. Is this possible to do someone says it is. Can I buy a cheap att phone and switch services? Or maybe not switch services just buy a cheap att phone and switch the sim card to the t-mobile phone.

2. You can't switch services. You can use a att phone by getting it unlocked, but you won't get the company with it. For that, you would have to cancel your t-mobile account, which costs alot of money to do. But you can get phones unlocked and use them, you just can't take the company's service with you.
