If you have a phone with ATT service and you get another phone with ATT service ability...?

If you have a phone with ATT service and you get another phone with ATT service ability, can u just put the chip of the phone you have into the other one and have the bill be charged to the new one?

3. Yes, you can take your sim card out of your phone and put it into another AT&T phone. The sim card carries your information, so the bill follows the sim card.
4. You can just put the sim in the new phone without having to call att it will register in there system
