How can I confirm that a store from which I ordered cell phone accessories is really a Yahoo! store?

I waited two weeks for my order. Hasn't arrived. Found their website: easyaccessories.com and complained. Got another e-mail saying the order has shipped...but it looks like the first one. I'm not happy.

1. Seems like a scam site to me. Tip for the future: Always read the disclaimer, and always do some research first. Their disclaimer says: "If you enter this site not agreeing to these terms, you are violating code 431.322.12 of the Internet Privacy Act of 1995, and that means that you CANNOT sue any person(s) affiliated with this page which includes family, friends, business or individuals who run or enter this web site." There is no "Internet Privacy Act of 1995".
