I have an unlocked samsung t809 slider phone with an att simcard. Which company do i go to get help?

Do i go to Tmobile or att? The phone itself is messing up.

1. Go to Samsung. They should be able to help, and if they can't, and it ends up being something with the sim card, call AT&T. T-mobile really shouldn't have anything to do with it, unless they were the ones who sold you the phone, the plan isn't up, and its physical/cosmetic damage done not by you, but by the company itself.
