Can I get an att phone cheaper if my mom and dad use att?

i was just wondering if my mom and dad use att and i get an att phone would it be cheaper?

1. Not always, because the price depends on what kind of the phone you want. Some ATT phones are free, some can cost you an arm and a leg.
2. Phone prices are based upon whether you are getting new serivce or not. At some stores it may also be based upon the rate plan that you get. For instance if you get an AT&T plan for $39.99 you could get a phone cheaper than if you were to get a $9.99 add a phone plan to your parents account. If you currently have service you may want to check online (ebay, etc) for phones at a reduced price. If you are planning to get new service to the AT&T direct store and see what the prices are.
