Any good suggestions for a cell phone with wifi?

Im looking for a new cell phone. Hoping for any suggestions for a phone with WLAN, not 3G or internet service. I don't want an iphone. Contracts too expensive. Thanks!

1. wi-fi connection does not cost you a thing, and you have nothing to worry about. however, higher cpu speed and larger running memory help.
