How do i connect my bluetooth phone to my wifi laptop?

I have a Dell xps m1210 that has wifi but NOT bluetooth i want to connect it to my samsung delve sch-r800 us cellular phone which has bluetooth but NOT wifi. How can i connect the two so i can use the internet on my phone for my laptop. Plz help me

1. I have the same phone through US Cellular. I bought a USB bluetooth adapter and it works great. Just do a search for bluetooth dongle. I would not get an Iogear one though, I had lots of problems with that brand. And make sure it is USB 2.0. Hope this helps
