How can you turn a Motorola StarTAC 7790 into a Wifi phone?

I need a skype wifi phone. I need it to be a free or inexpensive solution Can anyone give me an inexpensive wifi phone or something i can use use a wifi phone for skype. like $60

1. Impossible. The StarTAC 7790 is an old CELLULAR phone that does not have any means to support internet access for Skype.
