Rogers Wireless Ripoff

Well it all started when my mom phoned up rogers about a recent phone cancellation fee bill. We were only supposed to pay 200.00 dollars but on the bill it said 240.00. The stupid service representatives said that it was the charge. We tried to call rogers many times but they were just being assholes. So we had to play the 240.00. What should we do now Also we had the contract infront of our eyes

  1. I would go online or try to find some type of documentation that is was in fact supposed to be the 200. If you have your agreement from when you signed up that would be perfect. Then I would call or go into a store just to give them one last shot.. maybe it was the rep not the company If that doesn't work.. I'd report it. Here in the US we have the BBB I am sure Canada has something to that effect.
