I have been with Rogers wireless for exactly 5 years, I have had the SAME phone I got the first time I used my phone. What happened was, first my sister and I signed a 2 year contract and we got 2 phones for free (including the one I have to date). After the 2 year contract ended, we signed a 3 year contract. My sister ended up getting a new phone the day of, at that time my phone was perfectly fine and the selection of phones were very limited (December 2005)(if you know rogers, you know what i mean). Over the past year or so, my phone has been acting up, battery not lasting as long, reception, etc. basically my phone is dying. When I talked to rogers to get my phone with the discount since i signed a 3 year contract, they said i have to sign ANOTHER 3 year contract! I told them how I already signed a 3 year contract and they still tell me how I have to sign another contract to get the phone at a discount from date I get the phone yet I have been on a contract for 3 years (plus 2 from before). I don't know what to do with them. It is so frustrating when they take away my right especially when I AM THE CUSTOMER.
