Rogers Wireless Contracts?

I'm planning on getting a phone from Rogers and getting the $45 Voice and Data plan. If I don't use all of my 150 mins of talk time and/or 500mb of data will I still have to pay $45 each month ? Or will it charge accordingly towards my usage.
