Questions about Rogers Wireless?

If you have had experience is Rogers Wireless good? My friend just got her cell phone through Rogers $10 for 2500 texts per month and then for every minute of air time is 1 cent...is that true?? Like I know she wouldnt lie to me but will that have any hidden fees? She got her actual phone at Best Buy then went to roger.com website and activated her phone off there.....so overall is Rogers Wireless and good and is that actually a plan because it sounds to good to be true? All your help is appreciated. Thanks Tapan---then what do you pay if it's not in that time frame?

1. Yes, they have1¢ per minute Evenings (8pm-8am) & all Weekends Plan. They also have $10 for 2500 text per month plan.
