How do i set up my Rogers Wireless Voicemail?

I know the step by step process, either calling my cell phone while it's off or holding 1 on my phone goes to voice mail but i am prompted for my password, which is supposedly the last 4 digits of my mobile #, however when i enter the last 4 digits it says the password is incorrect, I am not sure how to resolve this!

1. If this number is not accepted, then you would need to call Rogers customer service to have them reset the voicemail password.
