What kind of degree would you need to get a technology kind of jobs at Rogers wireless?

I have a job right now at Rogers wireless, I'm a sales rep at a store and I loooove phones and I love selling phones, and I think I'm very good at it. I'm in my last year of high school this year and have been accepted into York for a communications course and Ryerson for a graphic communcations management course. What kind of degree would I need to be a decision maker at Rogers... ex. deciding what phones Rogers should pick up, that kind of stuff. I'm really interested in phones and would like to eventually make my way into really impacting the cell phone market for Rogers.

1. You wouldn't need a tech field related degree. You would need a business degree either in Management or Marketing.
