When will Rogers extend their wireless service in Saskatchewan?

I live in the Humboldt area and i am looking to get a phone with rogers. I have looked at coverage maps of Saskatchewan and it appears i would have no service. I am curious when I would be able to get service here from Rogers

1. Rogers is in a bit of financial trouble, so it would not be extending service arriving any time soon. That's why I switched to SaskTel, and am quite happy I did. Rogers' financial problems are only going to get worse thanks to new firms entering the cellphone business.
