Can you buy a phone from verizon wireless and unlock it and run it on rogers with your rogers simcard?

  1. yes you can you just have the call the verizon and get the code to unlock it
  2. No, you cannot. Verizon Wireless phones do not use sim cards and therefore do not have a slot for them. The only exception is if you have a global phone, and there are only a couple of global phones available from VZW right now.
