Can Rogers Wireless record phone calls?

Is it possible for parents or guardians to get recordings or somehow find a way to listen to your cellular phone calls if they're the ones who pay the bills and have their name on the account?

1. This is very doubtful. I don't have any source or knowledge of Rogers Wireless, but in general, companies won't do something like this for you. If you think about it, millions of customers having billions of recorded calls. That would be quite an overhead and a lot of disk space ;)
