A problem with my Voicemail on Rogers Wireless Phone?

I have Pay As You Go on a Rogers Wireless phone - a Nokia. I'm sure that I have voicemail, but when I press and hold the 1 button (to get to my messages), there are three beeps and it hangs up. This has been happening for a long time. I have already been to the Rogers website, but it has been of no help. I have also called *611 and reset my password, but that didn't work either. Any help from other Rogers users? Thanks :)

1. Your voicemail retrieval has accidentally been changed by the sounds of it. You'll need to call Rogers customer service from a different phone, and ask for assistance with programming the voicemail retrieval number back into your phone.
