Why won't the internet on my Rogers wireless phone wont work?

I have Cingular wireless, but i bought a phone off e-bay from Rogers and everything works fine except for the internet. I have Cingular wireless, but i bought a phone off e-bay from Rogers and everything works fine except for the internet. I called cingular and they gave me something new to type in the connection settings, but its still doesnt work.

1. its the settings on the phone there different from cingular so call cingular and tell them what phone it is and the will give you the settings for it....
2. call or go to cingular.com so u can get the internet settings for cingular every company has different
