How can I change the wap settings on my LG Banter Cell Phone?

I am trying to download some ringtones on to my LG Banter cell phone from US Cellular. I found the websites to download from but when ever I try to download them from my phone it would say "Unable to read page" then I figured can it be the wap settings? Can anyone help?

1. im having the same trouble...if you find out could you email me? i did find one website that is free and works good its freeringers.net you use your computer and just text the ringtones or whatever to your phone.
