LG Verizon cell "schedule" tool problems?

I use my LG Verizon cell phone "schedule" tool to remind me of things throughout the day. All of a sudden, the alarm function for this feature is no longer working so I'm not getting my reminders. Note: the alarm clock tool still works.

1. maybe you changed how you are reminded..meaning the type of noise it makes. that is the only thing it could be. .Check that and you should be fine it should up under the "tones' section of the reminder
