LG Wireless Phone

I have a vx6100 verizon LG cell phone and i wanted to reset it how do i do that?

Also the cell phone has been locked and no one knows how to unlock it. And i need to reset it so it will work again is there a way you can reset it without loosing your information on it?

1. You might want to call the verizon store and ask them. They probably know a way to reset it without losing your information. They're very helpful. Good Luck! Sorry i don't know for sure! :(
