LG Wireless Phone

How can I convert 3g2 video to something Windows Media can read?

I have an old computer with a newer Windows XP operating system and would really like to avoid downloading any additional software to convert a video. It is a video with sound that I recorded on my Verizon LG Nv phone and sent to myself in an email, so it has an 3g2 extension. I did try just changing the extension that someone on another site suggested, but that didn't work. I would like to be able to play it myself, as well as send it to some others and maybe to YouTube. Any tips would be great.
