Any way to receive cell phone service?

Hey. I live out in the country where I do not get cell phone service. I do get internet, however.I also have a WiFi set up. Is there anyway to receive cell phone service for my Verizon Wireless Samsung cell phone by plugging it into the computer via usb data cable? Or using my WiFi? I really need cell service on my phone right now. Thanks!

1. As it is completely different services, no. You however have a few options. You can either get a program similar to Skype and use it through your computer or buy a prepaid SIM card to use in your phone (Unless you don't get service because there is no coverage and not because you can't use the networks nearby).
