wifi on phone, does it cost extra to use?

hi the phone im getting apparently has wi fi so does that mean that it will connect to my wireless internet at home? will this be at any extra cost or will the phone act like a laptop on the wireless thanks and the phones a samsung omnia

1. No it wont cost you extra if your connecting to your wireless just like a laptopXD
2. when there is wifi on your phone you dont have to pay any extra cost. it will connect to your wireless at home or even connect to hotspots across the country without you payiny a dime.
