Which sprint phone and what program do I need to make a mobile wifi hotspot?

I know about joiku but thats only for Nokia and some samsung phones. Is there anything else?

1. many of the windows mobile based phones with wifi built in will do it for example, the touch pro and touch diamond both have software built into them that create a wifi hotspot. works right out of the box
