How do i turn off the ringback tone on my mother's outdated verizon wireless lg flip phone?

1. go to the website and go to callertones, and you can turn it off there. good luck.
2. You have to call verizon and cancel it, because its a service.
3. just log into her account and go to ringback tones, manage, and all her ringbacks are on there. u can turn if off from there.
