If i buy a blackberry with WIFI from amazon, I have to pay the $30/month data charge Can I cancel it as soon as I get the phone in the mail?? cuz i dont want to pay that extra money cingular service

1. It depends on your service provider that you are using I guess.
2. Read the fine print on the Amazon page. Usually there is a phrase that states you cannot cancel or alter the voice and/or data plans without a penalty.
