Is there a wifi phone that has skype functionality, SMS texting, internet via wifi, and SIM card?

Basically I want a phone like the new wifi phones but that also includes sms texting, internet, and the ability to use a prepaid sim card instead of having a service provider like AT&T or verizon. I know that software-wise, it 's possible.

1. What you want is a wireless enabled smartphone and any of the Nokia smarphones would do. My recommendation would be Nokia E71. They all support Skype (but also other VoIP providers) and full internet access over WLAN of UMTS (3.5G) More at http://www.nokia.com/products
