Is the Verizon Wireless phone LG ENVY VX9900 any good?

1. it the best textgin cell phone on verizon for people that dont want a smart phone. but the only thing is that another version is coming out sometime soon, but this one has a touch screen instead of a tiny little one on the front. its call the VX10000
