How can I use my VOIP service with a wifi hotspot account?

BSD I currently use road runner cable service to run my internet connection at home. I have my viatalk phone router plugged into a belkin 54 router. Is it possible to get a wifi hotspot acct (ie boingo.com) and still be able to use my viatalk account. How? Where would I plug in the viatalk phone router? How strong would the connection be???

1. yes it will work.. i use wireless and its only 11mbps signal strenght "poor" ... and it still works great so it should work fine in a good hot spot
