Whats the best gsm cell phone with wifi?

i am interested in buying a cell phone that wifi capabilities. I would like to run programs like skype and fring on this phone.. so the phone needs to be windows software or symbian s60 at the minimum. which cell phone would you recommend for this kind of usage?
