what is a good pocket pc pda/phone for skype use?

i'm looking for a windows mobile phone that is quad band, has wifi, and is fast enough to run skype. and i could settle for a windows mobile pda (sans phone) that has wifi and is compatible with skype. i've been searching for a webpage that has a list of skype-compatible ppc's, but i've come up empty handed so far.

1. Mostly pocket pc's using skype need to use wifi connection for skype to work passably. I dont think that skype is going to work off data plan alone. I have a Nokia N95 with AT&T I use Iskoot for skype. It does use minutes to complete the call so I only use it to make anonymous calls and on the weekends. Or you could also look for a WIFI phone from Skype. I bought one of those too, it's a nice novelty.
