Why won't my PSP and Wifi Phone detect my IP?
I think it started when I connected 2 computers and my Xbox 360 to my router. I have a linksys router. No matter what I do, my PSP and Wifi Phone (For Skype) won't detect my IP. My router also has a WEP password if that helps. P.S. Also any laptop that tries to connect CAN find the IP. Its only the PSP and Wifi Phone so far that can't detect it.

- Thank you for asking a question that gives us SOMETHING to work with. 99% of the time you get "i cant get on the internet with my psp, help" Answer these first: **do you have a client list, or do have an open system? (i know 'open' isnt the right word, but i mean an open network only secured by the wpa/wep password) ** are all the wifi items on at the same time? have you tried turning everything off, then just connecting the phone or psp? **what type of internet connection do you have? (dynamic, static, pppoe). it may be that your isp has limited the amount of assigned ips. next do this: in the router, make sure these things are turned on: NAT DHCP BROADCAST SSID make sure you have these turned off: use as an access point (this is more then likely where your problem lies) another thing that ive noticed with the network problems and the psp is the automatic network configuration. i suggest filling in the info manually, and when it asks for the primary dns, use the secondary dns instead.
