Can I use Skype using WiFi connection in my Nokia E63 phone?

I wanted to use Skype using a WiFi connection only instead of using the internet from my service provider. I am not so familiar with a Symbian OS of Nokia since I always buy phone with Windows Mobile OS like my Samsung i78.
