Have you used a WiFi Skype phone?

I've just purchased the neat black Belkin WiFi phone. It's PC independent - so the computer doesn't even need to be switched on - it works directly off my router. Thing is, the quality isn't at all good. I know Skype phones are relatively new and, maybe I was expecting too much for my money, but nevertheless..... Almost 100% of people I call say, "I don't know what's wrong but, everything I'm saying is being repeated back at me". So now, every time I make a call, I start out by announcing that I'm using an internet phone, to stop them saying anything. It's a real bore. What might be just a 2 minute call, is often 4 minutes instead. Anyone having the same or similar experience, please? BTW: I'm in London, UK.

1. hey i think the Best think u can do is contact costumer care.. think they'd sort it out.. come'on u need not worry bot this .. its there headache !!!!
2. I would suggest you should return that phone and just use Skype. Get a microphone and camera, hook it up to your computer, and you will not be disappointed. I never even knew what it was until two of my friends moved overseas for 6 months, and trust, I think it will be better than this phone that repeats everything. Good Luck!
3. I have never used Skype thing yet. Does is really work well? I am suspicious of no cost for useing that. but I think It is great tool if talking someone free.
