LG Wireless Phone

Verizon Wireless Phones?

I have had Verizon wireless for 2 years, so it's time for the new every 2 deal. I got the phones from a local company that sells equipment and plans. They said I would have to pay them for the phones and then get a rebate in the mail later. If I go to an actual Verizon wireless store, do I still have to pay for them and send for a rebate or not? When I was looking at them online, they made it seem like it was free if I ordered online. Also, any recommendations for which new phones they have that are any good?

  1. If the company you work for, makes you pay them full price and then send rebates. DONT DO IT! Go into any Verizon Store. You will only pay any where from $50-$300 depending on the phone. Plus, you will most likely get a $50 Mail-In-Rebate. My recommendation on a phone is based off of what you want in the phone. Camera, Bluetooth, MP3Player VCast ect. If you want all of them, I would suggest the samsung a990 for the Camera. It has a 3.2Megapixel camera and the top of the phone swivel's around. If you dont want that then i would suggest either the samsung a930 or the LG 8300. Both have Camera, Bluetooth, MP3Player VCast and they are great quality phones.
  2. My wife and I recently upgraded our phones with the new in 2 deal. It was very easy for us to just order our phones through the Verizon Wireless website. The phones were free up front, no mail-in rebate involved. Ordered them on a Sunday afternoon and they arrived on Tuesday. Best picks: LG 8300- Easy to use and good voice quality. LG Chocolate- Great sounding music phone. Samsung A990-If having a better camera is important to you.( 3.2 megapixel) Its a bit pricey though.
