Who is selling the LG phones for 50% off? And is it still going on?

My friend is hoping for a Dare, but she can only get it if it's on sale. Thanks for the help!

1. AT&T is having the sale. The LG Dare is only available at Verizon Wireless and they are not having a sale. The LG Vu for AT&T is on sale and is similar to the LG Dare.
