Does anyone have a solution to silver paint chipping on LG phones?

I have an LG Venus phone, and the silver trim on the front of the phone is peeling off. It does not look as nice as it did before, and I really want a solution. Does anyone know how to fix it, or at least have an idea? Please? : ) I'd really appreciate it.

1. I had the same exact problem. if you don't already have it, add the $5 monthly charge protection fee to your phone. So it looks good, in a couple of weeks, go in and ask to get a new phone nicely. They did it for me.
2. no but i wish i did.....all of my friends' env2's silver trim has been chipped like all the way off and one of them said she wants to send it to verizon so they can fix it : )
3. Maybe try buffing the areas that have the paint chipped, smooth the edges, kind of to blend, then take some silver model paint ( like they sell in hobby shops) to paint those areas over, blending them. Hope this helps.
