Do LG phones allow you to use bluetoothed ringtones as a ringtone for your phone?

My aunt told me you had to buy all of your ring tones. Is that true? I'm interested in the LG Shine and I want to know if that is true because I broke my Sony Ericsson w580i and need a new phone.
