What cell phone company has prepaid phones with free texting?

Because I barely talk on cell phones, I text text text, lol.. So I was wondering if any company had any cell phones that are prepaid , plus free texting? I don't care what company it is, I don't care at all. Or, If you absolutely don't know ANY, a cell phone company that has the lowest monthly bill and free texting? [1st option first]

1. well if its prepaid u cant have free texting cuz u have to keep putting money on the phone to text and keep checking ur balance. to get free texting u would have to have an actual plan
