LG rumour cell phone blank screen?

I bought this amazing cell phone 4 days ago and I took good care of it. But yesterday I put it in my bag (it was in a case already as usual) and when I took it out a few hours later, the screen was blank and the phone didnt work at all! I went to the bell mobility store and they told me that I broke the screen, I might have dropped it but I didnt! And it was in a case in a bag ! Is it just the cell phone who is really cheap and did brake or theres something else? (Btw i remember that I dropped my old cell phone many times and it still worked afterwards) What could I do now? They want me to buy another one, cuz fixing it will cost as much or even more than the price of the phone. I just payed 249$ last week and I dont want to buy a new cell phone again! I have to do quick since I still have to pay for my plan, even though I cant use my cell phone now!

1. Just go to an actual Sprint store and say you've only had the phone for 3 or 4 days and it already broke. I got a rumor a few days ago and a couple of the keys were loose so i brought it in and they gave me a new one. If they still dont replace it call sprint and complain and tell them what happened
