better quality cell phone charger for LG NV?

I have a Verizon LG NV. I bought a car charger for it a month ago at Verizon Wireless and have returned it for a new one three times already. Bottom line they are pieces of crap. The current one just broke again, and the charger that came with the phone just quit working. Has anyone found a good quality car charger for these things? Where should I buy the new AC charger?
