Lg cell phone not working?

My lg cell phone has a blank screen,its just totally white.I can't do anything on it,and i have tried taking out the battery and getting a different cellphone thingy(no battery).Does anyone know how to fix it?

1. Hi Liv, I hate to say it but it is time to take it to your provider. They will look at it and make a recommendation for free. If it is a minor thing they usually won't even charge for a repair. Norm
