1. don't get it its really sucks when it takes pictures it takes for ever like a sick ass lag and the touch screen is bad too it getting annoying but other than that its ehhh i suggest u get a other phone
2. yea, its soooo cool and the touch screen ti=otally works well. ive had mine for a while now and its awesome. the design is cool and its easy to text with and the touch screen isnt wobbly and it works really well!!!!!!! ( :
