My verizon lg venus cell phone was stolen?

Verizon does not sell the venus anymore. Can they give me another venus or will they give me a different phone?

1. whats up baby girl the best answer to your question is, well your on it right now.. the INTERNET!! just google "buy the lg venus" or even go on ebay.. after you purchase it online just take it to verizon and have it activated.. if verizon stopped marketing the phone then the answer is no, they will not give you another one and if you did not ensure the phone they probably wont even give a replacement.
2. They will most likely give you another venus. I know my verizon store still sells them, but i also know they keep back ups behind the counter even if they arent on display.
3. If your phone was stolen and you do not have insurance, the store will not just GIVE you another Venus. Depending on your eligibility, they will go over some options for you to PURCHASE another phone. The usually have some discounts that they can offer you, but it likely will not be as big a discount as you got when you first upgraded to the Venus. Another option is to go to ebay and search for people selling the Venus. However, before you bid, make sure you ask the seller for the ESN (electronic serial number). Once they give you the ESN, call Verizon customer service and ask them to make sure the ESN is not on a Do Not Activate list. If the seller refuses to give you the ESN, assume that it is stolen and cannot be activated and do NOT bid on it.
