LG Wireless Phone

My two month old LG Venus cell phone freezes up when I try to text. Can this be fixed?

It''s been fine up 'til about 3 weeks ago. When I text the whole phone freezes and I have to take the battery out to just get it going again? Do others have this problem?

1. Yes there is a fix, it's a software issue, call your service provider tech support. The phone is under warranty, they will fix it or give you another phone. Be sure to tell them you need your phone everyday, they will do an exchange.
